Group Fitness & Instruction

Campus Recreation offers a variety of wellness and instructional classes that focus on movement, technique, training, skill development, and the mind-body connection. Wellness Programs focus on a variety of aspects of wellness, not just physical fitness.
Classes are drop-in and open to all skill levels. All instructors are able to offer modifications to their classes.
